Factory reset done; now cannot get past Step 1

Did a Factory Reset yesterday; issues now:

Tv does not respond to the ACTUAL POWER button (only way to turn it off is to unplug the thing.

when plugged back in, this is the screen shown…and there is NO WAY to navigate.

Well…we’re getting somewhere. My husband managed to get the tv to respond to Smart Things, so we’re now able to navigate, anyway! I have a new remote arriving today - maybe one major problem is that this “solar” remote has died???

@Galbanese The solar remote has a USB C charging port at the bottom of the remote. Have you tried charging it?

Yes, we have. I think the thing is just dead. However, we have a service technician coming out on Monday; we will get a new remote from him/her.

Btw, in case y’all don’t know: if the tv is mounted to the wall, “you” have to remove it from the mounting or the techs cannot work on the tv.
