82” TV problem

When I am streaming on one channel like HBO or parliament I can watch a couple hours of tv shows and then it will switch to different streaming channel all by itself. What is wrong with my TV?

Your Samsung TV is auto-switching because of a setting or connected device, not because it’s broken.

Fix fast:

Settings → General & Privacy → External Device Manager → Turn OFF Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC)

Settings → Smart Features → Turn OFF Autorun / Samsung TV Plus


That stops TVs from changing channels/apps by themselves.
