77" S90D died three months after purchase i think om done with samsung

My pretty much brand new s90d failed after 3 months the week of the super bowl. It just powered off with no standby light. ( I'm sure it's the power supply). I have bought so many tvs, phones, appliances from them and I think I'm done. I'm just exhausted talking on hold and then trying to organize a repair company to come out where I have to unmount the tv put it in a safe location and remount the tv. It's exhausting and there price incentives aren't worth the junk they are now sell. I wish they could get there **bleep** together but im done.

I said it when I had a care+ payment for a broken tablet. But man this time rubbed me the wrong way on a brand new 2k tv. I'm getting too old for this **bleep**.

You have to pick your appliances and devices according to your needs and the function and reputation of the item you are purchasing, not just purchase it because it is a Samsung.  If I'm buying a TV, I'm reading the reviews for issues like this, and passing if I see too many with the same complaint.

Send it in for repair, it is under warranty.

Obviously, which is taking weeks, I have to take off work bc they will only come from 9am to 11pm. They require you to remove it from the wall place it in a "safe working space". Then I have to put it back whether or not they fix it. So it's not an easy process.

Go with LG next time or even Sony if you're willing to pay the tax for an inferior tv. Songs about as slow adopting features as Samsung is updating to ui7 lol. Get your **bleep** together samsung.

This just happened to my s90D…. Like an hour ago. I can’t dismount this tv by myself, ugh. Have you gotten any response out of Samsung?

After hours the repair process is a nightmare see my response above. I'm going to push for a refund and buy an lg.

What did the repair man say ? What's wrong with it? When will he be back with the parts to get it working?
