When my tv is turned off and I issue any Alexa command (ex: Alexa turn on lamp) the screen comes to life with what appears to be SmartThings data. Pic attached. Sometime this screen goes away almost immediately. Sometimes it stays on for 10 or 15 minutes. I am not using SmartThings and have no devices added to it. Is there anyway to keep this screen from displaying?20241224_102958.jpg

Check your Alexa app on your phone or device and remove the TV from the it.

Hi, thank you for your response. When I remove (deregister) the TV I can no longer issue commands to the tv, such as Turn on TV, etc. I want to be able to do that.

Check the notification settings in both the TV and Alexa app.

Well, obviously I'm no expert here. I am now having a problem registering the tv to amazon again. I've tried adding it from my phone and the phone is telling me just to run the alexa app on the tv. I've run the Alexa app from the tv but it is not showing as registered anymore. Any ideas? Thank you!

Download the SmartThings app. Add it there. My Alexa app uses SmartThings to connect, but I don't have Alexa on my TV. But can control the TV via my Amazon Echo with Alexa there or via the SmartThings app.
