Kitchen and Family HubMy name is Salman and I am a resident of Gujrat, Pakistan.
Our Samsung refrigerator was bothering us for the past two months due to cooling issues on both the freezer side and the fridge side. We contacted World Electronics Gujrat, where we bought it from, and they sent their mechanic. He said that there was a problem with the card. We ordered a new card from World Electronics, but the problem was still not resolved then they sent their representative to Samsung Service Center in Gujranwala today.He said that there is a problem with the compressor, that is why it is not cooling. It is worth fifty thousand and will be charged. While the refrigerator is under warranty, the card has been lost. What should we do now?
The person who came from the Gujranwala service center left with a separate Rs.1000/-
