Kitchen and Family HubI have a Bespoke refrigerator model RF29BB860012AA, with an extended service warranty. It has the dual tray ice maker. The ice bites side has stopped working. I've followed the recommended troubleshooting steps, including pushing the reset button, but nothing works. I've been on chat and phone multiple times, but no matter what action is tried the ice bites maker doesn't work. I've asked for a technician to make a service call, but the reps keep blocking me. They want to keep trying troubleshooting. In the meantime I don't have the desired ice cubes. To say I'm about to scream is an understatement. Definitely not happy about their service process.
How can I get a higher level manager that will authorize a service call?
