Family Hub touch screen not working

Hi,

I have a Smart 4-Door Flex Refrigerator with Family Hub refrigerator with Model Code RF29A9771SR/AA. The touch screen stopped working literally like within a week or two after my factory warranty ended.

I tried to restart the family hub using the red button inside the top of the door, did a full factory reset by attaching a mouse to the USB port near the red button but nothing helped.

Touch randomly works if I use my nucle but its always a hit or miss.

Any one facing similar issues and how I can fix it.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Mine just randomly stopped working two weeks ago. Did Samsung push a firmware update that messed it up?
