Range Delivered broken and nothing is being done

I bought a whole kitchen package from Samsung. The price was good, and I was very excited about it. The order took almost 2 full months to get delivered. I would get updates the whole time saying my order was still on time. I got text and emails the week of saying the order was still on time. The night before the packages were delivered, I got a text message at 8pm saying the order wonā€™t be delivered tomorrow. I had to take time off work to be home for this. Samsung blamed the delivery service and the delivery service blamed Samsung. At the end of the day, I only care about getting my order, not them blaming each other. Ended up having to wait another week and had to take another day off work to get the order.

The order was delivered and the Range came BROKEN, they incorrectly connected the water line for the refrigerator, causing water damage to my floor AND the dishwasher didnā€™t come with all the parts. We called Samsung support multiple times and spent multiple hours on the phone, and they were NO HELP. I wrote a review, and they told me to come on here to write. It has been over 3 weeks and we still have the broken Range with no updates on when they can get us a new one. I just don't know what to do anymore. I'm tired of calling and spending hours on the phone and not getting anywhere. Any suggestions to get this resolved?

I'm sorry to hear of the mishap. It seems the delivery service-installers are at fault here. Did you try and contact them ? If so, with what result ? Samsung contracts delivery- installers. Contact the installers if you have not, and then contact Samsung support with what they said. Samsung can replace these delivery installers and bill them for the damages and replace the broken items.
