Kitchen and Family HubHello,
I bought a Samsung Bespoke 30 in. 6.3 cu.ft. 5 Burner Element Smart Slide-In Electric Range w/ AirFry & Safety Knobs in Stainless Steel recently and the two big burners stay hot and the two smaller back burners are "better" but basically i cannot leave any of them on "low" w/o them going to a full boil. So, i cant walk away from anything regardless of the temp i have the burner set on. This is not optimal!
Do i need to replace the infinity switch on my burners? Ive never had this issue w/electric stove tops before. I did buy a 3 year warranty when i got this stove delivered last month so maybe that can come into play?
Anyway, open to any ideas or suggestions and thank you!
