I recently purchased a refurbished NE63T8951SS/AA induction Flex Duo range. Surprise!....the oven does not work. The front display panel does not even light up.
I removed three screws and opened up the back of the oven to find that the 5-wire plug that comes to the back from the front display is just hanging there and plugged into anything! Seems like an easy fix, but there is no obvious 5-wire plug on the circuit board or anywhere else back there to plug it into. There is, however, a 24-wire plug on the circuit board that has nothing plugged into it. It seems like there is a whole wire harness or something else missing here.
Can someone tell me what is missing or perhaps provide me with a photo of the back of your oven so I can compare?
