I just had a service request done on my fridge that replaced a fan in the freezer a RF29BB8200QLAA. However, the temps in the fridge are not staying near the set points. For instance the freezer is set at -2 but my thermometer reports it at 5. The fridge is set at 34 but the temp is hovering around 40. When I run a power cool I read that it gets down to 33, but it doesn't stay there. Could this be due to ice buildup? Anything I can do to fix this issue?
