I am looking for a replacement DA97-22160A. The tray has cracked and I would like a replacement. I can only locate the entire assembly for replacement, but that is out of stock on your site and all others. It has shown out of stock since I began looking for a replacement a couple months ago. When can we expect a solution for the assembly to be back in stock or replacement trays to be available since this seems to be a common problem? Thank you
You have to contact Samsung parts directly, as this is a peer to peer user forum. It's possible it's unavailable because they changed the part number.
