Kitchen and Family HubI purchased the black stainless cooktop in 2020. It is model NA30N7755TG. Soon after using the cooktop, the knob plastic stem broke. I contacted Samsung and was told I could purchase a new knob. However, the cost of the knob was prohibitive. I was told that it was not a warrantied item. At his point, three of the knobs are broken. We have used crazy glue to try and hold them together. One is a complete loss at this point. It appears the solution would be to have some sort of replacement stem that you just unscrew the old one and insert a new one. Why is there a need to replace the entire knob at a cost of over $160. In my case, it would be about $500 to replace three knobs. Have you come up with a better solution in the past few years. It truly is a huge defect and at this point widespread among users.
