Kitchen and Family HubOn my Samsung 30ā Smart SingleModel Code: NV51T5511SS/AA, I want to use as a warmer for brisket the lowest temp goes to 175, bit on a post I saw remotely you can lower to 140 although the oven will still show 175 even if not with an app, how can you override the oven to lower temp to 140-160?

You want food poisoning? 200 is actually the lowest temperature you should use to keep things warm. 175 will work too, if it's for a short time. You can also turn off the oven anout 10 minutes before done and just keep the oven door closed and let the residual heat finish the cooking and keep your brisket warm.
