I have a RS265TDRS started making loud noise when dispensing ice. Sounds like plastic rubbing on plastic when blade spins. Nothing is blocking it. we have emptied the ice to make sure of that. Also narrowed it downed to the bolt holding and turning the blades when dispensing ice making the noise. Any suggestions on what may be wrong?
