ME21R70515SS SE error code Tried chatbot, which only provides a link to the repair/service page. THIS PAGE IS BROKEN. Keeps returning the to top of page and goes nowhere. My warranty expired DEC17, stopped working DEC27..... Whats my next step. This is the second Samsung to die in 5 years.

Have you tried the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Unplug the microwave or turn it off at the circuit breaker.
2. If the microwave's electronics recently came in contact with moisture (like a spill or steam from a cooktop), give the microwave some time to dry. Otherwise, 60 seconds is enough time to wait. After waiting, turn the microwave back on.
