Kitchen and Family HubI am so disappointed in our Samsung 2.1 over-the-range microwave and Samsungโs warranty/repair process.
The microwave was new with the home we purchased June 2024. It presented the SE error code only 4 months after living there. Technicians came and were able to rectify the situation; however, they first said the entire door would need to be replaced.
Fast forward to NOV 2025, we have the same SE error code. This time, since itโs outside the warranty, we had to pay $140 just to have someone who did not feel like an expert use their phone to tell me we would need to spend over $500 to replace the parts.
I am extremely disappointed in Samsungโs product and the process to try and get it fixed. Feels like they do not care about their customers and prioritize money as a big company.
We will not be purchasing any Samsung products again the future.
