I'm have same problem as others have reported - supply tube freezing causing water to push up into the refrig. Repair techs have been here 3-4 times. Last visit they changed out the ice maker. Apparently, the defrosting process on the supply line isn't strong enough to keep the tube clear. These are expensive units. By this time, Samsung should have been able to correct these issues given the amount of problems the company has had with ice makers.
Has any permanent fix been determined on these unit? If so please advise.

Kitchen and Family HubMine just started backing up again! I have had several parts replaced. It's always the ice bites side. I have water all over my floor, under the vegetable bins, everywhere! Even my repair guys has given up. Horrible!
