I have a Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator Model RF29BB860012 that I bought exactly two years ago. Two days before it's 2nd birthday, a bracket broke off the bottom of the flex drawer. I called Best Buy because I had an extra year warranty through them. They said the warranty did not cover cosmetic issues or accidental breakage. I said I did not break it. One day it just fell onto the floor when I opened the drawer. It seems like a manufacturing defect and should not happen to a $2,000+ refrigerator that is only two years old. They are going to charge me $99 to come out and see if they can do anything other than instruct me to order the part. Is there any chance Samsung would help me out beyond saying order the part? I tried looking on the parts web pages, but wasn't sure I was finding the correct part.
