Unable to add samsung account app for watch 7

Anyone have this issue?

I keep getting the below pop-ups. The watch is on wifi.

Going to the Accounts and Backup it brings me back here and round and round it goes.

"Samsung Account" comes preinstalled inside the Settings of the Watch at the very top. Do you not have that?

I'm trying to add my samsung account to the watch, but it says to update the app first. When I try, I receive the previous screenshots. Also l, on the wearable app, I see the below, which gives me the previous screenshots.

You should just be able to ignore the turn on wifi message and tap install. You may be prompted to sign into your account on the phone. Just tap the tile and it should continue with the update. The only other alternative would be to factory reset and then log in to restore your backup.

I tried turning off the wifi, then it says i need to sign in. When I try to sign in, it says I need to update. So I can never start either.

Can you explain the path you are taking?  Are you already signed into your account on the watch?  Are you trying to connect your watch to the Wear app and being told to update the Samsung account app? You got to the update page by tapping on "update" in the Wear app?

The Samsung account app is installed on the watch.  When you first set up the watch, you are prompted to sign into your account.  At that point, any updates that are available should install. From that point on, the updates are usually automatic,

When you reset, did you also disconnect from the Wear app first? It's odd, as a reset should auromatically update the OS and any vital, preinstalled apps - the Samsung account being one of them.
