Unable to add samsung account app for watch 7

Anyone have this issue?

I keep getting the below pop-ups. The watch is on wifi.

Going to the Accounts and Backup it brings me back here and round and round it goes.

Wanted to share that I was able to download the required samsung account app for my watch after a 2-day battle with those pop ups and not being able to download it. I didn't do anything different, it just decided to let me download it today.
