Its because its exiting its life cycle. Its currently 4 years old.

it has dual core 1,18 GHz cortex A55 paired with 1,5GB of RAM, don't expect this watch to run smooth

but Watch 4 actually smoother than fit3. If you want smoother watch then you have upgrade at least to Watch 7, Watch 7 has penta core SoC: 1x cortex A78 1,6GHz and 4x cortex A55 1,5 GHz with 2GB of RAM, this will a lot smoother than your Watch 4
