Galaxy Watch 7/Ultra resetting

The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. 😡

Samsung messed up badly is what happened. Also, don't be surprised if you can't find this thread again at some point. They're merging all these disconnect threads together to try and make it not look as severe and issue as it is. Hopefully you will see this post as many posys complaining and advising of how they keep trying to hide this issue, get deleted.

I'm wondering if these problems are particular to LTE watches. I have a S24U and a Watch 7 and haven't had any issues. my watch is BT.

I have the S25 Ultra and watch 7 Ultra and I haven't had any issues (LTE watch)

I just received my GW7 as a promo item from Xfinity. The watch will not connect to my phone no matter what tech support tries. I have worked with my mobile provider AND Samsung, and nobody can tell me what the problem is. I am being charged monthly, as of now, for a device I cannot use.

I've been having issue as well for almost 2 weeks. I reset my watch and it keeps doing it so I decided to put my watch up until Samsung updates and fixes it hopefully.

Always backup your data on the wearable app. My GW Ultra is doing the same issue, I just had to disconnect and re-pair my watch on 3/24. Because I backup my data, it restores it..... So far nothing from Samsung as to why this is happening and I am using the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra phone... This issue wasn't happening until the last update...
