Galaxy watch 4 LTE only receives SMS randomly

I will be returning my galaxy watch 4 . For some reason it receives sms whenever it wants to.  I'll just go back to my watch 3 it works perfectly.. and the crazy thing is,, I sent the 4 into Samsung to fix and it still don't work.. waste of money.

Their repair center is a joke in my experience.

Yeah I see they didn't even fix it it's still doing the same thing

Should have exchanged for a new one. Mine is working flawlessly for what I do.

I understand that you have a separate phone number for the watch and that the sms settings may be control by the carrier?
