Does my S25 Ultra have to be carrier unlocked to receive beta updates through the Samsung Members app? Everytime I login through the app to check for beta updates it says that there aren't any available.
Yes only T-Mobile and factory unlocked U1 models can participate in the Beta

At the moment they are no confirmed mention of a beta for UI 8.5 only rumors of one coming later this year
