Galaxy S25It's no longer supported. You can use Samsung Dialer's native Visual Voicemail. Tap the little cassette icon on the Dialer's Keypad tab near the bottom, just to the left of the Call button.

Galaxy S25What are you talking about? Voicemail is supported by every single phone ever produced. Visual voicemail may or may not be, as it is a carrier supported option. Samsung's visual voicemail is not available to everyone, only those who have a phone on a carrier that does not have their own vvm app and only a couple of those. Voicemail issues are and always will be for the carrier to work out. So anyone having issues will have to contact their own carriers.

Galaxy S25None of us knows which app the OP was having an issue with, as they did not state. So you cannot unequivocally say their app is no longer supported. And, as I said, the Samsung VVM app is not available to everyone and it is NOT on everyone's phone dialer. Do you have a carrier phone that has that icon? That would be your carrier's VVM app that they embedded in the dialer, that's why it looks off kilter.
