Galaxy S25I have an Unlocked S25 Ultra with 2 ESIMs and 0 hardware SIMs loaded on USMobile's system. Until about 2 weeks ago, the dual lines were working well with Visual Voicemail. Suddenly, the Visual Voicemail app would close immediately as soon as I selected it to open. This was about the same time that an update was pushed down to the phone. It's using One UI version 8.0, and Android version 16.
I've now found that disabling the 2nd ESIM in the SIM Manager allows the Visual Voicemail to work correctly. Enabling both ESIMs, or enabling the 2nd ESIM while disabling the 1st ESIM causes the failure described above.
I would be very grateful if someone could propose a fix for my problem! Thank you very much for reading.

I finally got it sorted out. I did a Hard Factory Reset on the phone, and then setup everything from scratch. It was kind of a long and painful process, but I've got Visual Voicemail running now on that 2nd ESIM.
