I can't seem to figure out what I did exactly to my visual voicemail. I changed the caller id to blank? Maybe but now I can't call anymone! I spoke with a rep and they could not help me! My name is back on the caller id so it says but still isn't working!! Help me please! I need to call my husband and family but they don't accept calls from restricted lines!
What does your visual voicemail have to do with your caller ID? Or making phone calls? Go to your phone dialer, tap the 3 dots, go to settings and then go to supplementary services and click on show caller ID and set it to either network default or always. If your carrier is Verizon, though, you may not have access to supplementary services, but search your settings for caller ID
