Just got my phone. Trying to setup visual voicemail. When I try to activate it, it just spins and says "wait while we verify your account information". Nothing ever loads. I have cleared cache and data. Also force stopped it and restarted my phone. Does the same thing. Anyone running into this issue? I have tried on both WiFi and data. I am with T-Mobile.

Old Simple plan. Visual voicemail worked great on iPhone i just had.

VVM from iPhone is handled by Apple. Android carriers handle it themselves. Simple Choice depending on which one VVM isn't free. It costs like $4. May need to use their App also. Double check on their forums
