I have the S25 ultra unlocked purchased from Samsung on the Verizon network. I keep having a problem when incoming calls half ring and go straight to vm they dont even show up as missed calls. Do not disturb is off. No apps are blocking calls. Even though i didn't have anything on the "block" list I deleted it anyway. Calls are not set to forward.(using Samsung phone app) Outgoing calla and text are fine. I even had Verizon troubleshoot activated a new eSIM worked for 24 hours now have the same problem.

While troubleshooting i wanted to make sure Wi-Fi calling was set to prioritize mobile but cant find that setting anywhere. So for the time being I've turned off WI-FI calling. To see if that helps.

In addition I've "clear cache partition" in the Android recovery setting.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

SOLVED: S25 Ultra - not showing all messages in google messages but they are seen in Samsung messages. Uninstall updates from Google messages , clear cache and data on messages app, restart phone, once messages repopulate reinstall updates. SOLVED: Verizon visual voice mail not connecting - turn off wifi clear data and cache on app, reopen app once connected turn Wi-Fi back on. SOLVED: Calls being immediately blocked and sent to VM but Outgoing calls, text and everything else works fine. This somehow was directly related to the Samsung 6 watch. Even though it was not set to do not disturb it was blocking calls on the phone. I re-linked it to the S25 (it was set up at initial install, I don't know what happened to make it stop) as soon as I did that incoming calls started working correctly.

Touch and hold the phone icon, then an applet will pop up. On the top right of the applet you'll see a small circle with an "I" in it, click that. Then go to storage and click that. Then clear both the cache and the data. Before doing that, make sure you're contacts are saved. You may have to customize again though.

Tried that and it didn't work. Found through some other searches that the google carrier services app isn't on the S25 and missing that was causing some issues so I installed that. I was also having problems missing messages in google messages and RCS not working I finally ended up uninstalling messages updated cleaning cache and data (and also clearing same on the carrier serives app, and also clearing the partition. the messages only came back without out messages app updates. Then I was able to update the app and now finally I think its working. And so far calls are coming in. Ugh its been a struggle.

And after all that i still can't accept incoming calls. They are showing in the call history as blocked if the come through at all. Verizon has been through everything so has Samsung support. I have an appointment for a local Samsung repair shop but I'm still looking for answers
