Just got my phone. Trying to setup visual voicemail. When I try to activate it, it just spins and says "wait while we verify your account information". Nothing ever loads. I have cleared cache and data. Also force stopped it and restarted my phone. Does the same thing. Anyone running into this issue? I have tried on both WiFi and data. I am with T-Mobile.

Clear cache for voicemail. Go to the app, right click, hit the i in a circle. Scroll down, choose storage and hit clear cache at the bottom

Restart phone, hold volume up and side button till you see the menu. Wipe cache partition and reboot.

I'd email the developer at that point. They may need to update the app itself if you just updated your phone.

Yea, I might have to. Cleared cache on the phone. It's the visual voicemail through samsung.

I had the same issue. I had to talk to Verizon tech support. They reset the visual voicemail permissions on my account and it worked right away.

If your device is unlocked version it will not setup on T-Mobile. You need the branded version. You will need to use their App.
