Steps not updating

I noticed a few days ago my steps were not showing in health. After clearing the cache and restarting my phone, all of my challenges are gone. My global challenge badges are gone and I'm back to level 1 newbie. I was at level 12. However I have other badges and exercise history. Im disappointed.

FYI I just received an updated version of Samsung Health that seems to fix these bugs.

I got the update and it just cleared all my progress again. Closed my challenges too.

I'm sorry that you are having so many challenges. I seem to remember that there were several permissions that you had to turn on again in this version to include the one that allows contact syncing. Have you selected those permissions? Good luck!

Everything was fine before the update. I just gave up using the app. If I have to go through starting Over, then its pointless. Honestly its the only reason I kept the phone and watch. But I didn't have any issues like this with my iPhone. I will be switching back soon.

Same issue here with the widget. Going into the Samsung Health app, it's there and counted.

Mine is updating now via the widget but I still didn't get any of my progress back in the Health app. It started me over.

Yea, I was irritated. All my global challenge badges. The current challenge my level. All gone. It shows my health is synced to cloud but nothing is there to recover.
