S25 Ultra glitch, freeze, and certain apps not responding issue

If anybody can help, my girlfriend's S25 ultra has glitched since she's gotten it. It freezes, it said certain apps won't respond. It's been reset, apps have been deleted and reinstalled. Really hit a wall

Has she run a diagnostic on the phone?  What kind of apps are freezing or not responding?  Are any error messages appearing?  She's already reset the phone, did she reconfigure and download her apps from scratch, or did she install a backup?  There may be an app interfering, she should check her battery optimization settings and background usage.  If none of that helps, it's time to put in an error report.  It's best to do it immediately after an event so that the logs contain the information. https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692

Take it back of its under warranty. Or maybe use safe mode to figure out and narrow down, if there's any third party app issues.

Clear the phone cache might help
