Samsung needs to respect privacy and Disable and Remove Call Recording on Phone App!

I am seeking immediate guidance on how to disable and remove the call recording feature and its associated icon from the call screen on my Samsung S25+. Despite claims that the Auto Record function can be turned off, the app provides no such option. I visited a Corporate Provider store for assistance, but they were unable to remove the feature.

Please note that in my state, recording phone calls without the other party’s verbal and/or written consent is illegal. The lack of a clear opt-out mechanism for this feature raises serious legal and privacy concerns. If a solution is not provided promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to my state’s Attorney General for further action.

Samsung had it for a while, then I think dumped it as a feature while fighting legal battles. I assume they got things figured out as the feature came back but with a mandatory "warning" and 3 second time delay before it starts. I assumed that was the result of the legal battles. But, if you call into corporate companies they all record you and give a warning, so this is no different. Your consent is implicit by staying on the line it seems.

Your guidance is as follows: download and install Phone by Google and use it instead of the Samsung dialer. If you don't like Google, find another dialer in the Play store that may have ads or cost money, or make your next phone an iPhone, although, I hear they are also introdcing call recording. There may be some Android brands out there that still have not added it.

Exacly as i mentioned above apple will introduce that feature too so, just deal with it.

You cannot.  You can, however, change phone dialer apps to Phone by Google, which you would have seen if you had read any of the other comments in this post.
