Galaxy S25I am seeking immediate guidance on how to disable and remove the call recording feature and its associated icon from the call screen on my Samsung S25+. Despite claims that the Auto Record function can be turned off, the app provides no such option. I visited a Corporate Provider store for assistance, but they were unable to remove the feature.
Please note that in my state, recording phone calls without the other partyโs verbal and/or written consent is illegal. The lack of a clear opt-out mechanism for this feature raises serious legal and privacy concerns. If a solution is not provided promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to my stateโs Attorney General for further action.
I appreciate your immediate attention to this issue.

Galaxy S25I worked in electronic/phone repair before and 99% of time there is nothing wrong with their phones but they click on a million links and ads and allow every site in existence to send them notifications or redirects and it bugs the phone. But not in the way they're posting.
If it was brought to a certified repair location and they found no issue then its no issue and user error. You cant fix that.
Best thing would be to just have them download a minimalist dialer or phone by Google and freeze/hide the Samsung one. Just completely remove the option.

Galaxy S25Even when using earbuds, the issue continues. The device doesnโt begin recording at the moment the call connects, but typically initiates recording automatically within 10โ15 secondsโwithout any interaction, screen activation, or manual input.
Last week, I was on a call with a client when the recording started unexpectedly, which resulted in a serious problem. I operate in an all-party consent state, where every participant must explicitly agree to the recording before it begins. Failure to obtain consent can result in legal consequences, including fines and potential imprisonment.
This is a built-in application function that poses a legal risk. It must include an option to disable recording, or automatically disable the feature for users located in the thirteen states that require two-party or all-party consent for call recordings.
