S25 Ultra will not connect to wifi for any app

I don't find this issue in the forum. I got my phone on 8/22/25 and we are using TMobile wifi, and I am new to TMobile. Since getting the phone and setting it all up, not one app on my phone will connect using the wifi. Fitbit, Simple, YouVersion, Kardia apps, to name just a few, will NOT function using the wifi. To be sure it was not our TMobile wifi, I connected to our church wifi yesterday and still none of the apps will function, they open, they won't function. I was out of town over the weekend and tried using their wifi, did not work. I've been back to TMobile, they made some changes, still not working. Any help would be appreciated!!

Try resetting the network connections. Settings/general management/reset/reset wi-fi and BT settings.

Have you run a diagnostic on the wi fi antennas? Diagnostics can be found in device care. Your phone is still under warranty, you can have it evaluated at a uBreakiFix location.

My best guess is that the church has like content restrictions where certian website wont work will get a block on it saying this website needs to be approved or something like that and certian apps just wont load they will open but wont work thats how it works at my college and certian business or shops that have wifi could be that I might be wrong you should ask them and see if they have any content restrictions on their wifi that block certain websites like fortnet and ect

Do the apps function over mobile data? If they do this would seem to indicate an issue, not with the phone, the OS or the apps, but the wi-fi emitters.  Have you run a diagnostic on the phone?  Your phone is new and should still be under warranty.  If you are near a uBreakiFix location, stop in and see if they will evaluate it.  However, first follow my initial suggestion of resetting the wi-fi networks.  If you are not near a uBreakiFix location, there's a tool for finding an official Samsung service location in the support tab of the Members app.
