S25 Ultra will not connect to wifi for any app

I don't find this issue in the forum. I got my phone on 8/22/25 and we are using TMobile wifi, and I am new to TMobile. Since getting the phone and setting it all up, not one app on my phone will connect using the wifi. Fitbit, Simple, YouVersion, Kardia apps, to name just a few, will NOT function using the wifi. To be sure it was not our TMobile wifi, I connected to our church wifi yesterday and still none of the apps will function, they open, they won't function. I was out of town over the weekend and tried using their wifi, did not work. I've been back to TMobile, they made some changes, still not working. Any help would be appreciated!!

Go to the support tab of the members app. You can find service locations and put in a service ticket or get text help. You can also cal 1800SAMSUNG

Thank you. I did this and the issue is unresolved. The diagnostic revealed a DNS error. The issue is in the phone. It will be replaced. Thank you for your help!!!
