I upgraded from S22 to S25 Ultra a little over 2 weeks ago. I'm having trouble getting Bing Daily Wallpaper to "stick." I believe that it's because Bing Wallpaper (also Samsung Wallpaper and even this app) thinks my phone is still the S22, as it displays model S901U, instead of the correct model, S938U. The information in "About Phone" is correct. I used device- to-device transfer over wi-fi, to transfer my information. How do I fix this?

I as well came form an S22 Ultra to this S25 Ultra. Bing wallpapers are no longer available for smartphones. You can download the Microsoft Bing wallpaper app for the Google store. As far as Samsung wallpaper, they only have like 10 maybe, but they work for me. The Galaxy Store is where you would get the wallpaper selections. Touch and hold on any part of your empty screen area and it will slight minimize. Then choose wallpaper and style and go from there.

Thanks, Tom6068. I researched and learned that I needed to download Bing wallpapers and I did that. At the time, I had both phones operating to ensure everything ca.e over correctly. The Wallpaper worked for a couple of days, then reverted to a previous Daily image from a few days prior and stayed there. After I turned the S22 off, and was still experiencing the same problem, I noticed that the S25 said it was an S22 in the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Bing wallpaper app. It still says the phone is the S22. I still have the problem. ā˜¹ļø

Perhaps the services that provides the wallpaper, along with your account with them, still uses the S22 as the default? Have you registered your S25 yet with Samsung ?

Yes. I did that today in this app. It still says S22.

Hmm, go to settings/Accounts and backup/Manage accounts/Samsung account/My profile. Then look to see if you have your S22 still in the list. If so, delete it but be sure your S25 model is there. Check other services there that may have your S22 prioritized or listed etc and make adjustments.

Tom! I'd been trying to reinstate the daily Bing image all day, using Bing wallpapers app, and couldn't get it to work. I did it as you suggested above (pressing down on homepage) and it changed to today's image! We'll see if it sticks. I'll also do what you suggested above. Thank you!

Tom, I love my new phone. FYI - I followed your instructions above. Both phones were logged in. I couldn't remove the S22, but I was able to sign it out. The sight also listed my previous S10+ and S7 phones, as well as my Samsung TVs.
