Phone is taking Screenshots on its own

My phone is taking screenshot by its own while playing games or watching videos. Not sure what is happening here. Tried by disabling palm swap to take screenshot. But still facing same issue. Do we have anyone with similar issue.

Do you have a case on the device ? Power + volume down is screen shot also. I would try disabling all functions for screen shots.

Yeah I am using Samsung provided covers only... let me try using the phone without case

Double tap the back for screenshots could be on and causing it as well.

It happened to me especially when I was playing games.

Do I need to reduce the sensitivity?

It was set to highest sensitivity for me..
