Location icon constantly keeps popping up

I have noticed that on this latest update the location icon keeps popping up in the status bar more than what it should be it didn't do that before this update is anyone experiencing the same issue

It is normal, they just forgot to hide system apps in the new UI. The screenshot is from a One UI 6.1 device.

Explain why the location icon keeps pinging at the top as it never did before. Phone services app constantly seeking location every 1 to 3mins. This is not normal behavior and it didnt happen until update. Please see photos

Yes having the same issue here! Battery life is trash now! Down from 60% to 10% in 2 hours!!

The longest I've seen phone services sleep for is 5 hours. Then when I used an app that required location it woke phone services up and it's constantly looping and using Location every 1min to 3mins

My location icon is on all the time since the April update. Please fix this Samsung.

This is considered NORMAL for Phone Services. But problem is it won't last. The bug will eventually loop that service again.

Update.... Still can't seem to recreate the issue where Phone Services would run every 1 to 3mins keeping location active 100%. I tried reboots, turning on and off location, using apps with location. I would guess maybe it will fix itself in a couple of days of the new software settling... can't explain this at all....I'm without a doubt the most lost Samsung User. I'm definitely losing it after this Update. 🤣
