Galaxy S25Hello Everyone,
I have been having issues with Voice Calls, MS Teams, Zoom and WhatsApp calls on Samsung S25 Ultra from day 1. The mobile has been replaced once and after some update it worked well.
Recently 2 - 3 months back I have started having same issues again. I have worked with Samsung support with no real solution.
!) They have asked me to clear cache as I have installed apps and seems I might have to do this everytime I install and uninstall.
2) Network resetting which did not resolve
3) Went to UbreakIFix and they say it is some issue with telco connectivity.
I was wondering that if it is telco issue, it should not happen with MS Teams, Zoom and WhatsApp calls when I am on Wifi. I have tried different location, different cities (As I travel a lot), diffrent wifi's but every call that I have this issue.
UBreakIFix says my software is not upto date which I have shown them but they say it might show something in frontend but in backend it might not be getting updated. I have had a run around with GoogleFi early, Now with Samsun and UbreakIFix. Anyone else having this issue.
Any help is appreciated. Worst Samsung product ever I have seen.
