THIS IS HORRIBLE! I'M ABOUT TO GET FIRED BECAUSE THIS THING KEEPS RECORDING ON ACCIDENT! IT'S BAD DESIGN AND WHY WOULD YOU TAKE OFF THE OPTION TO TURN IT OFF OR HIDE THE BUTTON OR MOVE THE BUTTON. I really can't believe Samsung did this horrible update and didn't think this through. I'm going to have to switch phones now because it happened twice on accident when I was on the phone with a client and not my job told me if it happened again I'm going to get reprimanded and then fired ALL BECAUSE OF A PHONE UPDATE?!
I want to remove record phone call icon off my phone dialer! I do not want it to be on the screen when talking to someone and then accidentally hit it. This isn't needed and needs to be able to remove it from the screen. If this is how it will be, I will stop using it and use Google phone instead! Poor design and uncalled for!
You are free to and encouraged to use another phone dialer. Just beacuse Samsung puts an app on your phone does not mean you can't use something else that serves you better. A phone dialer is just a phone dialer.

So, you are saying that you never download apps to your phone that does something better than the apps Samsung provides or that Samsung does not supply?

The Google dialer does not have ads. It's an official Google app. You don't have to pay for it. It's just an alternative app to the Samsung dialer and has some features that people actually like better than the Samsung dialer. It is the dialer Google includes on the Pixel phones, and other manufacturers include in their Android phones, if they didn't create their own dialer.

The icon to record is in the wrong place and get hit by the cheek when talking with the phone to the ear! This needs to be addressed by either giving the end user the capability to remove the icon other to move the icon! People on the other while using it at work don't like to hear this when it is hit by accident! Fix it!
