I'm trying to setup my new S25 ultra but when I get to the Samsung pass to unlock my passwords wtc it keeps asking for a pin from my old phone and I don't know which pin it keeps asking for.
I've already tried my phone unlock pin, my Samsung Wallet pin and every other pin I know. I'm lost, and don't want to lose all my passwords if I run out of attempts.
Please help!

Thanks everyone, I contacted customer support thru chat and they said it is likely my pass account needs to be reconfigured and gave an 855 number to call tomorrow. Will keep everyone posted

I called customer service but kept getting the runaround from account to technical to pass to knox. I tried to do the smart switch again today over wifi. Turned it on on both the phones and chose to transfer just pass data and it worked! Thanks to all who replied.
