Ya, you should not be experiencing slow performance issues on the S25 ultra powerhouse. It can and should be able to handle the most demanding tasks. You may have malicious 3rd party app's or malware/spyware embedded on your phone. Even after performing a factory reset, malware can still be present and embedded deep within your your device firmware. This can cause your device to become slow and lagging.
Go into your intelligent wifi settings and tap the intelligent wifi 8.0 setting like 5 times it will open up wifi developer options or connectivity labs and find in there the option to enable L4S thats what u need
Also you need to run your wifi as unmetered otherwise your really restricting it to save data. I just got the s25 edge and its lightning speed no matter what i throw at it so far but I did a few things as I mentioned.
