Galaxy S25Having the same issue. Just upgraded from an S10 to an S25+. Hearing aids worked perfectly with the S10, but don't work at all with the S25+. It is connecting to them and when I go to the hearing aid support settings, they show up there and are recognized as hearing aids. However, for phone calls, there is no sound through the hearing aids AND no one can hear me talk either, so it seems like the phone microphone is also shut off when the call goes through the hearing aids. Very frustrating. I may have to go back to my S10 and return the S25. I had no issues with my S10 and only upgraded because I qualified for a free S25 with a US Cellular deal.

Galaxy S25I am also using the Resound hearing aid app. While I can get the sounds to play through my hearing aids, if I am on a call and move my head, one side or the other cuts out or the sound is distorted. It goes back to "normal" if I move my head back where it was before. The phone is sitting 18 inches from me. I never had this problem on my iPhone 11 - I just switched from it to the new S25 2 days ago.

Galaxy S25My new Samsung s20+ does not send audio to my HeartLink 2 Hearing aids for some apps. I've checked the settings. They are not set for do not disturb. The Hearing aids are linked via bluetoothto the phone, still no sound.
