Hi. For some reason I can not change, while on the phone, from internal speaker, loud speaker, or any Bluetooth device. I have a Bluetooth Watch and hearing aids. I can hear other things, music, videos, or books just fine. Was there a setting I changed to cause this? Thanks.
First thing I would check if the Bluetooth is paired the speakerphone option should be working just a thought but I believe there is a call transcribe option may want to look into
