If the Oticon app has been downloaded, and you cannot find it, search for it in your apps drawer and then add it to your home screen. If you are having compatibility issues with the hearing aids, put in an error report with Samsung through the support tab in the members app and also with Oticon through the contact info in the app.

Just figured out Oticon changed the apps name, from Oticon On to Companion, so it moved from "O" to "C". When alphabetical.

I'm using the Resound hearing aid app and have major issues connecting it with my phone to talk through Bluetooth along with my vehicle and Samsung watch as well.

Just found a new setting this morning accidently. Pull down the menu to get to settings, near the bottom there is a media bar, touch that and it expands to select where you want the media to play. Select hearing aids.

Having the same issue.  Just upgraded from an S10 to an S25+.  Hearing aids worked perfectly with the S10, but don't work at all with the S25+.  It is connecting to them and when I go to the hearing aid support settings, they show up there and are recognized as hearing aids.  However, for phone calls, there is no sound through the hearing aids AND no one can hear me talk either, so it seems like the phone microphone is also shut off when the call goes through the hearing aids.  Very frustrating.  I may have to go back to my S10 and return the S25.  I had no issues with my S10 and only upgraded because I qualified for a free S25 with a US Cellular deal.

I am having the same issues.  I traded in my Fold 4 to this 25+  on 5/24 never had any issues connecting in my car or my phone.  It is a hit or miss doesn't matter if it is aniother Android product or an Iphone product.  I can answer the call but it does not let me connect manuall or automatically to my hearing aids.  The only way I can get the calls is to reboot my phone and it seems to find it's brain back.  I went to my audiologst thinking it was a hardware issue with my aids.  That did not solve this problem.  My audiologist said Samsun did a bluetooth update 5/14 and since then many customers aare experiencing these types of issues.  I have paired and unpaired the aids and the phone and nothing solves this issue.  BTW I am a Miracle Ear user.

The fact that it doesn't matter whether it's Android or iPhone, should tell you that it's either the Bluetooth in the hearing aids themselves, the app or both.  If it was an issue specific to Android or to Samsung, it would happen *only* on Samsung/Android devices.  In all instances it is important to make sure all the phone and app settings are correct. I cannot troubleshoot for you, as I do not wear hearing aids and, therefore, I cannot play with settings to see what works.  You might try putting in an error report with Samsung's developers https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692, and/or the developers of the hearing aid app.  They simply may not have updated their apps to work with the new OS. It's also a possibility that the manufacturers of the hearing aids themselves have not updated their firmware to be compatible with Android 15.
