1 tap to wake is it possible ?

Not that I know, but there is a lift to wake function.

You can go to settings > advanced settings > motions and gestures > toggle on double tap to wake. I hope this helps

Common sense is thing these days, double tap to wake, single tap to sleep

@Robin621k Single tap to sleep would frustrate you as you try to do anything on your device and it turns the screen off.
