Galaxy S25You can have a lighter touch. Even if you accidentally press too hard, it's not a big deal and half a second to return it to normal. There is no way to prevent this from happening, as even if you lock the home screen, you can still bring up the options by long pressing. I don't see a way to long press accidentally, as it only takes a gentle tap to open any icon. Are you picking up your phone by holding the screen, rather than from the sides? You can try turning on accidental touch protection and turning off touch sensitivity in the display settings to see if that helps.

Galaxy S25If anyone is, they never posted a complaint about it. I have tried every way possible to replicate your Issue. You have to try really hard to "accidentally" trigger the settings screen. The only way I've ever been able to do it is by grabbing the phone between my thumb and forefinger and picking up the phone while holding the screen and the back. Ever other trigger is a deliberate long press. I also have accidental touch protection on, which locks the screen if an action is sensed to be accidental. I don't know why you need to press your screen hard enough to trigger the settings. You would think that if this has been happening for many years, you'd develop a lighter touch. Turn on accidental screen protection and turn screen sensitivity off.

Galaxy S25You don't need to press your screen for 2-3 second for anything u less you want to get to those settings. A nanosecond tap is all you need to do anything on your screen. Why is it necessary? Because, like many other settings, Samsung gives several options on how to get there. Just lighten up your touch and adjust the settings I told you to. If you won't do that, then you are not looking for help, you just want to complain.
