Galaxy S24You can combine the notification and quick panels so you don't have to swipe down on one side for one and the other side for the other. Putting the panels back together may fix the swipe to dismiss issue. Pull down on the right side of the screen until you see the edit pencil. Tap the pencil, then on the top left you will see the panel settings icon. Tap that and select together, tap done and close. Next time you get a notification, you should be able to swipe it away to dismiss. Also, at the bottom of your screen, while the notification panel is sowing will be a clear all icon. You can tap that to dismiss all the notifications.
